Meredith Erickson has co-authored The Art of Living According to Joe Beef, the Le Pigeon Cookbook, Olympia Provisions, Kristen Kish Cooking, the Claridge’s Cookbook and Joe Beef: Surviving the Apocalypse. She is currently working on her own book Alpine Cooking (Fall 2019) along with The Frasca Cookbook (Spring 2020). She has written for The New York Times, Elle, Saveur, Monocle and Lucky Peach. She splits her time between Montreal and Milan.
